It is the responsibility of the patient to obtain any referrals required by your insurance plan as well as verify how your insurance benefits will be applied to the various services we offer. If assistance is needed in obtaining a referral, please contact our office at (512) 873-7468. We may not be able to render services without proper referral authorization from the insurance company.
